ordered tile - no communication, responses, order never came

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased flooring and payed through the website, this was the worst thing I ever did. I got a confirmation email telling me my order would be here by a certain day this was not the case. I finally got through to Nathan got this waffle saying he was getting divorced etc and my order was being shipped. My order never arrived so I got through to him and he told me he would call me back but guess what he never did. I managed to get a refund but no money ever arrived back saying it was jothing to do with him and went through a company called Stripe, this company is based in Canada.I have also contacted the fraud team and also my bank but now they say there is nothing I can do but I am going to email everyday till someone contacts me.Please do not but anything from this company they will take your money and you get nothing so please be aware.

SCAMMER - BEWARE! As above have mentioned, over 2 weeks have passed since placing the order and this guy won't return calls or emails. No sign of good turning up and I will be logging with trading standards and try to get his ability to trade revoked. He's taken money on a fraudulent basis - google him Nathan Julian Kieran Poleon. It's been a nightmare that people like him can scam and get away with it in 2022!
