Tenovus Cancer Care

So I'm a local to this charity shop and occasionally pop in and even have donated a few items. I have to say the staff are just down right strange. My first visit I was wearing my 8 month old when a male volunteer starts talking to my baby and putting his arms out asking for a cwtch. Then as I'm leaving comes back to talk to my baby and said I'm just a creepy guy to you..! Then the second time I pop in to have a look at books a female staff is trying to talk to my baby, then starts making comments because he doesn't want to interact with her. I find the staff very inappropriate and don't appreciate harassment to my baby. Needless to say I will not be popping in again. Also they have a step at the entrance so good luck to anyone with a pram or in a disability chair clearly they don't adhere to professionalism or heath and safety standards.

When the managers are there it is a very nice place to be. But when the big girl volunteer (sian I think her name is) is running the place, she is very unwelcoming to new volunteers, doesn't really know what she is doing, she will leave other volunteers standing around the shop floor idol, when there is large amounts of work to be done just so she can have one on one time with another volunteer upstairs. I would not recommend volunteering for this charity shop unless you enjoy standing around for 4 hours with nothing to do
