MGY Estate Agents and Chartered Surveyors Radyr

My wife and I moved from Cape Town (South Africa) to Cardiff, and it's a very daunting experience, as we knew nothing of the area. We contacted a number of agents before we arrived, and most did not reply or the service we received was terrible. Jeffrey Ross as an example had excellent communication prior to our arrival, but their in person service was really shocking, and put us off. Then on our last day of viewings we met Suzanne and Karen from MGY Radyr, and were just blown away by their professionalism and world-class service! Everything was a breeze to get through and they both helped us navigate all the different rules and regulations in the UK when leasing a property.The property we leased from them is of an extremely high standard, and the landlord even more so. We couldn\'t be happier!MGY will be our agents for life now, including when we eventually buy a property one day.Thank you MGY! But especially Suzanne and Karen, you are both shining examples of how letting agents should engage with prospective tenants!

I viewed and rented a property with MGY and they were fantastic. All concerns were dealt with professionally and the team are very helpful. Nicola initially met us for our first viewing, and was very quick in processing everything we needed to move in quickly. The end of tenancy was also stress free with Suzanne, who ensured we had all the information we needed for a smooth move. Great team

Very happy with my experiences dealing with MGY in Radyr. Used them to purchase a property and found them to be efficient throughout, regularly checking in with updates and chasing whenever needed, also accommodating additional viewings to measure up rooms before completion.
