First Choice Accident Repair

Parts were difficult to get owing to supply problems by Peugeot. So this was a long term study in customer care. First Choice (Ali) were very good and explained everything along the way. Thank you Ali The workmanship carried out on my Peugeot e-208 GT was perfect. Colour match impeccable. Door fitting (NS Front and Back) perfect. Cleaning of interior amazing. Keep up the good work everyone at First Choice... I hope I never see you again.

Impossible to get hold of, unfortunately they were the only company within Cardiff who my insurance would deal with. Took 7 months to repair a minor dent. Edit- Response is laughable but as expected zero accountability. The photos were provided, they just claimed not to receive them, we tried to contact them repeatedly and it was so bad that we had to escalate TWICE to our insurance company first to get a call back and second to get the repair booked in. They also took almost 3 weeks from seeing the car to "assessing" it. Their claims below of 4 days to repair are frankly a work of fabrication. They also put on the works done "repairs" that were not required and as far as I can see not done.
