Incredibly good service from Fox. We moved 260 miles across country and were very worried about how, logistically, everything would be handled. The initial covid-safe interview over WhatsApp couldn't have been more easy, and the time taken to speak to me, reassure me, and even help understand some unrelated parts of the moving process, was so caring and considered. They really went above and beyond to help us, using two small lorry-loads in my small, narrow Welsh-valleys street to fill a larger moving lorry, thus not disturbing my neighbours. They offered us spare boxes and tape when we ran out, and really tried to make sure nothing was missed, including some garden plants and some new wood we had stored for a fence. Couldn't be more happy with the service provided. Thank you! (I found out after my move that the company I work for uses Foxes for some high-value transfers.
