On the 8th November I wanted to book my dog into Cwm kennels for two nights in mid - November. All ok until the owner asked if I had used them before, when I said no, he said that he couldn't take any new customers as he was innundated with requests at the moment! He was rather abrupt (noted in other reviews) and unless you are a regular customer, you will have to take your dog in for a "trial day" well in advance of your booking "in case we don't get on". Perhaps he was just stressed with all the requests but it seems an odd way to run a business. For obvious reasons, I cannot comment on the quality of care.
