Excellent support recently from all the staff at acj lettings. I needed a quick refurb of my apartment in Cardiff Bay and they were able to recommend a decorator, carpenter and carpet shop all of whom pulled out all the stops to help. Great team of people at acj, so many thanks to you all.

I Recently signed the contracts to a property in penarth I had a positive experience throughout the agent (Alison) who I mainly dealt with was always very helpful and helped get a couple of bits sorted very quickly for me. 5 Star from me.

So far my correspondence with Alison had been nothing but positive. After the first rental I had agreed on was subsequently let to the friend of the owner, Alison went above and beyond to help me to find somewhere else, a property that I have signed on today. I have never had to rent before and all the other agents either didnt return emails or simply never answered the phone.
