I like to shere my experience with Darlows ,Darlows Rumney and Darlows Canton ,starting with the first one ,Darlows Rumney on the biginung of December I have made arequest to view a proprety but nobody from Darlows call me to book that view but in midday a have receved an email from one member of staff to give him a five stars review as for Christmas will be a promotion and his changes to be promoted will increase as he will have more positive reviews,then I have asked way nobody call me to book the view .my surprise was when I had the email with the answer,that was:I HAVE CALL ED YOU ON 30 th OF NOVEMBER IN REGARDS TO THIS PROPRIETY AND EXPLAINED WE ARE ONLY SHOWING IT TO PEOPLE WHO ARE USING OUR MORTGAGE ADVISOR FIRST . That property i was interested is stil on the market since ,if I'm a vendor I will think twece to sell with tis Estate Agent.Two days ago I had a calll for Darlows Canton to be informed they have a property to show me I accepted we book a view but on the enh of our conversation I was asked about my mortgage advisor ,agaien I have refused ther mortgage advisor the result was that after two days I still not have a cofirmation for this view .You will never buy a house with this agent if you don't use there mortgage advisor .

I have been on one heck of a journey with the Darlows Rumney team and they have been there with me for the whole rollercoaster of a very tricky chain. I'm particularly impressed with the support I've received from Tom. In the final weeks, he has: kept me updated at least once, often more, times a day (even when there weren't any), been my counsellor (it's been stressful), answered all my questions, chased up all my enquiries, and built such a good rapport with me that it feels like he's been a real friend in this hard won battle. Adam also did an amazing job when Tom wasn't available, and the rest of the team have been fantastic, too. We exchanged today, finally! I rarely write reviews but in this case, how can I not. We couldn't have got there without the outstanding efforts of this team. Thank you!
