Went in to visit the shop and Martin was excellent. Nathan came out and spent plenty of time with us showing us the products and taking us through the options. Clear knowledge of flooring and able to support us making the right choices for our home. Kept in communication throughout the process to make sure fitting dates where still okay. Jamie came out and spent 6 days screeding, fitting DPM and then fitting LVT throughout the entire downstairs of our home. Final outcome is amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Excellent service from start to finish.

Excellent company. We were looking for a Harvey Maria supplier and Heathwood was the retailer nearest to us. We arrived in a shop that is frankly (on first impression) quite chaotic. The owner Martin asked us to wait whilst he dealt with getting his fitters out on their jobs. We are so glad we decided to wait. Martin could not have been more helpful and knowledgable. We arranged for his son Nathan to measure and quote and he too was incredibly knowledgable. The job was not straighforward with rooms needed to be levelled and he confidently advised on screeding. Jamie came to screed the floor before our new kitchen was fitted and then after the kitchen was in, returned to fit the Harvey Maria flooring. Every member of the team has been a pleasure to deal with and we will use them for all our flooring needs from now on. Highly recommended!
