        We need big changes in our day service if we dont get our staff working tidy with the individuals some of the day service staff will gos being the individuals back & talk bout that person not just once not twice but three times or more.back in year of 1996 one of day service staff hit CarlMillard with a soup ladle and she pulled CarlMillard eyes Lyn down this person name was Sharon Porter On of the Care Manager seen what happened in the kitchen & one of Care Managers phone CarlMillard Parents what went on in the Day Centre all of the time,
