        RNIB what can you say, they do a great job, the products they sell are adapted for the blind but very pricey, with a bit of though other options are available

        Kept me on a mobile phone for 15 minutes after I'd given my age 67 only to be told I don't qualify for PIP! THEN SUGGESTED I DOWNLOAD 35 PAGES OF WHAT WAS USELESS INFORMATION , WASTING MY PRINTER CARTRIDGE! I complained by letter and it went to Director level in London and they offered my a 25 voucher to spend in one of their shops! A disgrace! I refused! Hope I never have to contact them ever again!
