Just had a full renovation to my bathroom carried out by Thompson and what a fantastic job they did. Billy and his team were polite and curtious and carried out the work to a very high standard. Finished on time and a very reasonable price to. Nothing was to much trouble and they even changed my bedroom doors to match the new bathroom door I had purchased. A shout out to Joe and Mark who did the bulk of the work. Thanks again guys.

Came out in the evening to help me out. Absolutely fantastic how quickly the drain was fixed! And a lot cheaper than I was quoted elsewhere (by 3 different companies) Customer service second to none. Thank you

This company serviced my boiler. Excellent - customer service was good, engineer was on time, professional, did a good job. Recommended.

good when I needed a Gas safe certificate. However I booked Dean out to repair some blocked pipes under the bath and it was a completely different story. After visiting the property I didn't hear off him. I called and asked if it was fixed and he told me he needed to get some parts and would return on Thirsday (2 days later). He never showed up on Thirsday and ignored my voicemails, texts and emails. When I finally got through he apologised and said he go round the following Tuesday. Tuesday came (yesterday) and no sign of him again. More texts, emails and calls ignored and even now I've not heard back or been given an explanation. I of course hope that nothing has happened to Dean and he's alive and well. If so, and you're reading this, I got someone else out to do the work. Please work on your customer service.
