We visited the store last Sunday and was welcomed by Dom who from start to finish was first class. From offering drinks and making us feel welcome and comfortable to finding my preference and budget for my watch and pairing me with the perfect watch. A totally brilliant experience and was left feeling very special with congratulations off all the staff on our purchase. The service received was first class from all involved and will definitely recommend and return for any future purchases. All staff are very welcoming and professional from the moment you enter the store. Marina was outstanding on looking after myself and my wife, making us both feel at home and seeing to all our needs. I didnt pre book an appointment but Marina managed to get me seen within 10 minutes of being in the store (excellent). Steven dealt with me, a total professional and expert in his field, offering sound advice throughout. On completion Marina and Steven congratulated me on my purchase with a hand shack, a personal touch by them both. I will defiantly recommend the store and will be back in the future. 10 out of 10.
