BT Local Business Severnside

I can honestly say that Dunstan was amazing. He was the ONLY person who actually resolved the issue. We were without BT phone lines for nearly 3 days and NOBODY at BT Local Business would/could resolve the issue. Dunstan went above and beyond to help.

So far so good. Dan emailed me out of the blue to say he would reduce my BT broadband fees by over 2K per year. Today I signed the contract and I have faith that the new contract will be exactly what I have told it is. It's certainly what the contract says, so I think I'm on safe ground. My line is already in place, so perhaps that makes it easier for my to be serviced rather than waiting for a new installation, but I can only say good things about Dan and his polite persistence. I am usually a very difficult customer when it comes to these things, so the fact I'm writing a review means I have had some seriously impressive service. Many thanks indeed.

Following the majority of other reviews here, this one is for Dunstan Marcel and NOT BT. I have dealt with BT for more than forty years and I can honestly say that BT are the most consistently incompetent company I have ever used. Our problems are so similar to the others highlighted but, fortunately, Dunstan is on the case and is making progress for us at last. Many thanks Dunstan; we really appreciate your willingness to assist us.
