I originally placed a large order online but my mistake the sizes didn't fit. I phone my local store in Cardiff and spoke to Mark. Mark helped me check that he had all the items in stock in the sizes I wanted and reserved them for me. It was a refreshing experience and straight forward, Mark had a really helpful upbeat attitude and I look forward to shopping there again.

Wow, I cannot believe the state of this place. They are lucky that their target market of teenage girls dont care about the following but I went in with my wife as she needed to do a return and I was genuinely shocked. Supposed to be some kind of premium shop and the place was a mess. Behind the till there was rubbish strewn across the floor. The counter top was untidy, everything in the shop had a fine layer of dust on it. There were clothes in messy piles, old perfume tester cards scattered everywhere and big chunks of fluff and dirt just sitting in the window. Service was terrible, waited at the till for quite some time before someone came to see us, not one of the many staff members acknowledged us. This place is an embarrassment and my wife no longer shops there.
