So I ordered something online in the evening then realised I had missed something out so tried to call the following morning early to add to my order but kept on getting through to a recorded message saying no one is available to take my call please email us at hello@bearmach which i did and then recieved a call back around 1 hour later only to be told my order had been dispatched and I could not add to it I would have to pay postage again 7.50 for a 3.14 plastic bonnet clip when I complained to the lady on the phone she said I should have called earlier when I told her that no one bothered to answer the phone earlier she apologised but basically said too bad I won't be shopping there again too quick

Purchased what was believed to be the correct part, unfortunately the part listings aren't exactly clear. When this arrived it was not fitted but held in location to check connection and orientation, this is when the mechanic discovered it was the wrong part and I requested a return and refund as wrong part ordered, then ordered correct part using Dealer part number. Now I have been told by the customer service "The part in question has been inspected and demonstrates obvious signs of fitment. As this is a safety critical item we are now unable to return this to stock" And that i should collect the part. Then to make things worse the correct part when fitted is faulty and caused further error codes. This resulted in not only having to pay additional money for a dealer part but also a 3rd garage charge for work undertaken. I am yet to have a response regarding the faulty item, but I don't hold high hopes of recovering my financial loss due to the this companies poor customer service and equally poor quality parts.

Rang for a part as I could not find it on the website. Was told to go back on website and use the tel number on there. Rang and rang no answer. Used the chat and no reply. Great customer service.
