Tried to get through on phone whicj is impossible..e.mailed them and dont have the decency to even get back to you i have now seen a counciler..they have discusting customer service...

Long term repairs not completed. Water leaks galore over 2 years. 2 articles in local press and still no reaction. Failure to reply to emails. Time to stop paying rent and take to court.

I'm a care giver to a Tennant. 3 years she has had rat's because of disrepair to her property. Smashed back window, damp, broken toilets, broken fence, broken wall, all walls need plastering and much much more. Also left without heating and hot water. All hafod tenants need to get all emails, texts, phone calls any evidence at all. All get together and get them shut down.

Extremely poor communication. You phone up your housing coach and leave messages and voicemails. No response to phone calls, emails, or messages. Been dealing with a broken Juliet balcony for over a year since the complaint was made and still not fixed. We have mould in the property, draft, and water leaking into our apartment which impacts living circumstances and health. Hafod has sent multiple contractors out to fix the problem and over a year later still not fixed. Very poor service which is putting risk to our health.
