Julie went out off her way to get my assessment done. I had trouble with DVLA people but Julie sorted it out for me so I could have my assessment earlier due to cancelled appointment. Dean and Rita was very good to me and made it very Relaxing assessment. They all went out of there way to get a pass from them. Thank you very much for your help, you all should get 5stars.

My first assessment was as bad as it could get,but Dean my instructor just calmly kept giving me encouragement saying that after not driving for 8 years plus a completely different style of driving, I shouldnt be to hard on myself. Fast forward a year and with Deans kind professional instruction and encouragement I have been assessed as being safe to be back on the road in an a adapted vehicle!! Dean and all at the south wales mobility centre staff are amazing and have enabled me to get my independence back. Thank you.

Made me feel at ease through the whole experience. Dean and Rita were absolutely amazing. They knew I didn't want to be there and was very nervous. They talked me through exactly what was going to happen and did not push. Thank you both for making this an easy and smooth experience for me.

My wife was advised by her medical team to surrender her driving licence following a life changing incident in 2019. Over the last two years, my wife has reapplied to the DVLA to regain her license. This has included assessments with the team at the South Wales Mobility and Driving Assessment Service. The staff have been incredibly professional and supportive throughout the assessments and have guided my wife through the whole process, from the driving lessons, introduction of the adaptive equipment, the assessments and reports. My wife is incredibly grateful to Dave, Dean, Rita and Lowri for all their help and support over the last two years in regaining her confidence and ability to drive again. We would highly recommend these guys. A big, big thank you to you all.
