        Ordered a pair of tyres online to be fitted,had a phone call next day saying couldn't get the tyres I wanted and a refund would be issued straight away,4 days later I'm still waiting for the refund shocking service. Refund has now been paid back.this is an ats issue not this this particular depot.

        I had very bad experience with front wheels replacement . I booked online for 2 front wheels replacement and alignment and I paid online . After changing the wheels they told me they cant do the alignment because one nut is stuck and they don't have the right tools to loosen it and I should take the car to someone else to release that nut for them to do the job !!!
