Always a queue in here but friendly staff. It's such a shame that Royal mail is incapable of leaving a parcel with a neighbour like every single other courier service in the world. Surely this would make our posties jobs easier, less packages to carry around with them or put back on the van and back to sorting office. This would reduce their workloads massively. And not to forget it's such an inconvenience for customers to have to travel sometimes 6 miles or more to collect their parcels and try to fit around the sorting offices opening hours. Get with the times please
