Tesco Pharmacy

I go there to ask some advice about plasters for a baby that starting to crawl and has a cut in her finger. You are already worried and go to the farmacy to get some help and the lady did not even tell me where to find the plasters. She just said, nothing here in the counter. Staff should be trained to help you to look for different plasters and give you some advice as at the end I bought three different types as I have no idea which one is best. I went to the counter that said help&advice. No help, no advice. Terrible service!

Awful pharmacy. The lady pharmacist who was quite elderly just lacked basic mannerisms and customer service skills. I simply asked for some medicine for my 2 year old daughter as she was suffering from diarrhoea. The lady showed no sign of empathy and no willingness to help. I received a one word answer "no" and then to go check in aisle 38 . Absolutely terrible pharmacy which need better staff with people skills.

Nice and polite stuff are working there. This pharmacy is located inside the Tesco super store (at the very end) and that is the good thing - if you having a prescription to be ready within 5-15 minutes usualy, so you can go for a walk around the store and make some shopping at the same time.

It's not this store I'm complaining about... it's Tesco mobile who has taken all my money from my account as regards to a mistake on their behalf. I am unable to pay six standing orders tomorrow and won't get a refund until three to five working days. Being sent from pillar to post all day. Dreadful service Tesco it's 2023
