Stuttgart Garage

I paid Mercedes "specialists" Stuttgart Garage in Pontypridd 500 for a service and they missed 4 extremely worn pulleys, fraid serpentine belt, 1 missing cam cover bolt and 3 loose, even though they mentioned an oil leak from the cam cover, that could possibly be from the cam bolts being loose, but didnt bother to visually inspect these whilst fitting the air filters directly above the cam cover. The worn pulley exploded, snapping the belt causing damage, expense, and hassle that could have been avoided had they done the job expected when working on high-performance engines. They also charged me for filling my screen wash that was already full. This is an honest review of my experience with this garage.

If you own a Mercedes Benz and you live in Cardiff or the surrounding areas you should already know about this firm ! I am a subcontractor to to the automotive trade and have visited this garage on 2 occasions to assist them since then I have called on them numerous for their advise on Merc engines, an absolute 1 stop shop of knowledge when it comes to the 3 pointed star

Excellent service, problem with the parking brake on my mercedes e class, swiftly diagnosed and new brake fitted all in a matter of a couple of hours where other garages failed

Hi. I'd like to inform you how disappointed I am with the service, or lack of it, which I have experienced. After being recommended to use you by a friend, my husband phoned on Monday to explain about an issue with my Mercedes. You appeared to understand what the issue is straight away and told us to get it towed to you so it could be looked at. The RAC attempted to drop it off yesterday, as requested by you, but you refused delivery of it. The reason given was that the handbrake was locked on so you couldn't accept it. This was explained at the time as the car has no ignition. The RAC staff explained this to one of your colleagues but the staff member in question didn't even get off his chair to look at the car. I am hugely disappointed and being a customer service manager myself, I always expect the best service possible. I have tried emailing you directly but the image captcha form on your website isn't working correctly. All contact up until this point had been great.
