Purchased our wedding rings here a couple of weeks ago and the staff were lovely. I believe it was a young lady called Laura who helped me to choose mine; completely understanding how difficult it was to try and find a band that fit with my shape engagement ring. An asset to the store. The Manager Mike then went above and beyond to get my Husbands chosen ring/size sent from another store as it was the last in the company! So grateful for all their help. Would definitely recommend their service and beautiful jewellery!

DONT GET YOUR EARS PIERCED HERE!! I got my ears pierced here and they did one ear fine and the other ear they messed up. It was completely uneven and on my second ear they shot downwards so that the backing to any earring was visible and practically at the bottom of my lobe. Went back and they offered me a refund. However when I wanted to repierce my ears, I couldnt get it pierced in the same place so I had to get my seconds pierced instead which is so annoying as it meant I had to get two holes in my ears instead of one. They told me to go home and try to reopen the hole myself which didnt work and my ear hole has two holes in the back and one hole in the front as a result of their advice. GO TO CLAIRES because my piercings are permanently messed up and has caused me huge inconvenience. They dont really know what theyre doing and got away with it so all Im saying is go to Claires.

I had an issue with a ring which I purchased before covid so was out of warranty. The manager Mike went above and beyond to get the issue sorted and make sure everything was worked out as smoothly as possible - can't thank him enough! Will definitely recommend as he certainly has his customers best interest at heart
