        Brilliant company. Cheapest quote we received. Excellent customer service throughout. Installation was quicker than expected. Dan and Nick did an awesome job. Very pleased. Highly Recommended!

        We contacted BWM regarding a lantern, to either replace the existing or design a new one. First sales manager left, no one informed us. We chased. Surveyor came and stated new design too challenging so not something they could take on, so we agreed and opted to replace existing. We chased, several times. Eventually a new Sales Manager responded, and arranged a visit with surveyor. Only SM turned up, briefest of visits and no contact since, despite again ringing office 2 weeks ago. BWM obviously dont need or want the Contract. I respect that. However its basic common courtesy to inform the Client of that decision. Poor communication throughout. Would not recommend.

        Great price, fantastic product and quality workmanship. Moreover, while most companies are not interested in taking small work, BWM werent fussy about the size of the work and happily completed the job on specified time frame. What more could anyone ask for?

        Pick BWM if you are thinking about replacement windows - they are perfectionists, I'm so glad that I chose them - excellent end to end service! I'm so glad that I chose BWM - I have beautiful quality windows and doors. Kevin visited to sign me up and was genuine and described the products well. I had 4 quotes in total and I picked BWM as they were competitive and responded to queries quickly and efficiently. They kept me up to date from the time I put in the order to the time they fitted the windows. The team only took 3 days to install 9 windows, a door and two sliding patio doors. They were absolute perfectionists. They also - took down the old blinds and refitted them - flxed my front door - which had been sticking - were really clean and cleaned up everyday I had a small issue after the installation and BWM fixed it in less than 24 hours. They are a great team. It was a pleasure having them in my home
