Georgia Phelps has been dealing with myself and my boyfriend during the process of arranging the steps in moving into our new rental property. She has been very quick to respond to emails and phone calls and has made the whole thing very easy! Would highly recommend :)

Thank you very much Harriet who's so helpful and sufficient so that we could move into a property ASAP. As a foreigner was quite difficult to sort these things out in such a short time, we have been so many letting agencies in Cardiff and no other agencies can compare with Taylors. Harriet is so lovely, shes an angel looks like a Barbie very beautiful girl haha. She is very kind and patient to explain our thousands of questions. She has done a great job of helping us. I recently let my property through Taylors Cardiff Bay and it was a faultless experience. Jake Staniford was very professional, accurate with his valuation, and helped me throughout the whole process, aided by his excellent colleagues Harriet, Keia and Georgia. The property was let in a matter of days and the whole experience was hassle-free. Would highly recommend.
