Lesley is an excellent counsellor who was very patient and listened well. She was both a delight to work with and was very informative. I highly recommend counselling with Lesley who will make you feel very comfortable and give your practical and well informed advice.

As this was my first experience with a counsellor I was initially a bit anxious as to what it would be like, but I was soon made to feel at ease and after a couple of sessions I felt confident talking about my problems. I found that she fully listened to what I said and help understand my problems and what I needed to do overcome them. Also, I found the counselling was in a relaxed and informal manner without the need to fill in lots of forms between session, which I found more beneficial. I would highly recommend Aspirations Counselling Service to any of my friends and family who are seeking some additional help with their lives and I will be more than willing to use them again if I find need or I am struggling with certain parts of my life again. Thank you for helping me understand my life more and get me back to enjoying it, you really did help me.

I would not hesitate to recommend Aspirations Counselling. Lesley offers one-to-one support with a personal feel. We met at a time and location that was convenient to me, and I never felt pressured into attending more sessions than I wanted to. I am very thankful to Lesley for listening to me and allowing me to see issues in a completely different light.
