Contact with the LaverGroup is relatively easy and they are always polite. The installation service of solar panels, inverter, battery and subsequent help is poor. The installation guys broke some shelving whilst walking on it?! I didnt notice until after they had finished, very disappointing that they didnt say anything. The electrician left the neutral wire loose in the main isolator in the fuse box which resulted in a loss of power to the house, requiring a call-out for an electrician on the bank holiday weekend! The dongle, no longer links with my home router. Having performed the setup as shown online I called for advise. The staff were unable to help but assured me that the expert would call me back, he never did. Leaving me unable to monitor the efficiency of the solar system or any of the data available. Still not resolved. Overall a very below par performance. I would definitely NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Boy whocame out absolutley outstanding and is like a war zone here boxes bags etc and with my son and i atmosphere and personalities ( none nice ) the boy bless him even when son chirp n chops language the boy was amazing i was embaressed as boiler in son room but he took it all in his stride explained everything and didnt take any notice of childish son and his mental health or mouth . Thank you real put me at ease not stress fantastic person and firm danger zone and he walked in no worries or concerns for himself tho boy of mine like a t t thank you butty thank you so so much x you made horrid xituation btill x and boiler working perfect Services: Heating system repair, Heating system maintenance
