I wanted to give a big shoutout to Charlotte at the pet store for her outstanding help in choosing the perfect food for our two cats with sensitive stomachs. Charlotte went above and beyond in her knowledge and expertise, taking the time to understand our cats' dietary needs and recommending a food that not only met their requirements but also fit within our budget. Our cats have been thriving ever since we made the switch, and we couldn't be happier with the level of service and care that Charlotte provided. Thank you, Charlotte, for your exceptional help and dedication to our furry family members!

Massive variety in store. The staff attitude was not what I expected. I was overcharged and although this was corrected the person serving didn't speak to me to acknowledge the error at all. Not even to let me know the cost of my purchase when originally scanned. There was another member of staff who she turned to for advice on the refund who didn't acknowledge me or apologise for the waste of my time waiting for the cost correction. It costs nothing for common courtesy and not to make a customer feel like they are a burden.
