Shocking company to work for have double standards put to much pressure on staff hardly ever got break even tho it would show break on rota service users were lovely and made to feel rushed just so staff had time to get to all calls if staff went off Ill or annual leave the office would be ringing to pull you back into work and if refused would be made to feel guilty or in the wrong and the pay wasnt worth the stress wouldnt recommend working for these would never have time you yourself

Majority of the carers are lovely people who care. However, this company is very rarely keeping to their own standards. One carer muddled with my grandmothers medication chart which is a legal document, which could have resulted in my nan having an overdose. As a result we spoke to the management and they looked after themselves by terminating our care. The management team are only interested in looking after their own selves. So I urge all of you, for your own sake and that of your loved ones, do not use this care service or you will too suffer. As I have written this, we have a new company for my nan, by far and away better than radis. Once again, please, I urge you, take note of this review.

Disgusting service ...after a long chat to change my sisters care plan let's hope thi gs improve ...couple of the carers are lovely and professional but proper training needs to be put in place and some people are just not cut out to be carers maybe review every week after training for first few months not left getting on doing a bad job ...little things that count
