Sonja was very helpfull and was very informative. Sonaj spent a lot of time with me explaining everything and obtaining information from me. Best hearing place I have ever been to and I have been to quite a few.

My appointment with Sonja went very well. Had the hearing aids fitted, which was a very strange experience but Sonja explained, adjusted and tested until I was more comfortable. She gave very detailed explanations and advice over what I was likely to experience over the coming weeks so I left feeling reasonably confident. It's my second day of wearing them today and I'm getting used to them already! So, thanks Sonja for explaining and instructing so clearly. Had general check up on 12 April. I had a few concerns but it turned out I just needed wax removal and, because I use Ear Oil weekly, it was very quick and easy to remove the wax. I would recommend using this oil on a regular basis if you are prone to wax. Nothing else needed, all working perfectly. I am extremely happy with my hearing aids and the back up Sonja and her team provides.
