My roof needed urgent attention to secure/replace hip tiles. I contacted several Cardiff companies, Redland, (John) was the only one that responded to enquiry - or turned up to quote! We talked through options, I just wanted to secure the roof. Due to the location of damage, we needed a cherry picker which Redland had. This avoided the need for scaffolding. The boys came round as soon as the weather allowed, with the cherry picker, we talked again, agreed a plan and it was all done in a couple of hours. No pressure or upselling, unforeseen issues, in fact - they saved me a few quid from the original quote by finding a easier solution to the repair. Very happy, I just wish it was this easy to find reputable tradespeople online, and without recommendation. Id have no issue recommending Redland to anyone looking for a roofer based on my experience. I had a leak in my property contacted Redlands. They came out on the same to day assess the roof and Jon gave me a detailed analysis on the state the roof was in whilst also providing a video to make his explanation clear. I received a quote and agreed for the work to be done within a few days; the work was then completed the following day. Jon provided photos as evidence of the completed work. They are professional, hard working and completed the work the quickly. We are very happy customers and have already made recommendations to a friend.
