I had 2 rings re-sized, staff were very helpful, informative, friendly & professional. They took time & advised the ring size I needed for each ring. It took 1 week & I received an email to say they were ready to collect. Both rings were a perfect fit & were cleaned beautifully,I had forgotten how sparkling they could be! I was also recommended the pen jewellery cleaner, so I bought one to keep up with the cleaning of my jewellery in the future. Very happy with the service & even more happier that I can now wear my rings again. Definitely recommend this store Thankyou all

I went in yesterday 07/01/23 with my son who has autism. He wanted to by a ring with his Xmas money. The lady who served us had shoulder length black hair and unfortunately I didn't get her name She was very helpful, understanding and put my son at ease. She helped him get the ring he wanted. He ended up with a Welsh dragon ring which he loves. I hope the store and the lady gets to read this and I'd just like to say thank you and she is a credit to the store.
