The GENERAL MANAGER of Regency covered up the circumstances of my sister's Deteriorating health to try to prevent me finding out the true facts. What a Disgusting attitude for the General Manager to take. There was a desire within the care home by the nursing staff to leave my sister seriously ILL alone in her room,rather than emergency hospital admission.That was cruel,and UNFORGIVABLE. Registered General Nurse failed to get a DOCTOR to my sister when she became ILL had a Doctor been called 3-april-2020 my sister may have recovered. Regency House took 4-day's to inform family ( power-of-attorney) that my sister had covid-19 symptom's ( friday to monday) Regency House admitted 5 people to the care home march-april-2020 without covid-19 test's 3 of those people carried coronavirus into care home, ASYMPTOMATIC who went on to develope covid-19. A similar kind of policy was Unlawful In England. My sister contracted covid-19 as a Resident. She should have been looked after,and protected much better By Regency House. I Intend to secure an APOLOGY however long it take's. ( there were other residents who contracted covid-19 In the care home ) (I am able to write this review on a Defence of absoluteTRUTH )
