Very high standards also very crowded. They give their best but we find out that often they are unnumbered in staff so there are hours when we find people neglected for that reason. They take the feedback very well and try to keep up with the needs of everybody but still remains the same problem. Will see what will be on time. They are very open and helping the visitors.

My 94 year old Mother has been at Shire Hall Care Home for almost a year now, as a family we visited quite a few other Care homes, but as soon as we saw Shire Hall we new we wanted our Mother to stay. Her private room is like a good hotel room, the choices of food is very good and plentiful, the Staff are Brilliant and my Mother is really happy with them, they notice if she is not herself and inform us straight away no matter how small the problem, and they always have time for a chat with my Mother or the Family. Then add the Coffee shop, Hairdressers, Cinema, Trips Out and the Concerts and Activities put on its SUPERB.
