        Deeply disappointed to note numerous mistakes on my ADHD assessment that seem, ironically enough, to show a lack of attention on Dr Ahmed's part. The errors suggest that he was not listening to me which makes me ultimately call his diagnosis into question. The numerous forms that I and loved ones filled out are not quoted in the assessment, making me wonder if he even consulted them. And the assessment itself does not even feel like it was written by a doctor (numerous moments of poor grammar etc). I was in and out in less than an hour, and the experience felt like a conveyor belt. I do not feel this was worth 400+ and will be complaining.
