Gavin Sheppard and the team have been fantastic throughout my transaction, which was not at all straightforward for a number of reasons. Gavin found a Buyer for my property within days at a price we were very happy with. The team kept my Buyer updated and made sure they were aware of the position at all times, they assisted with the chain ensuring that the key information was delivered up and down the chain. Hern and Crabtree have been fantastic throughout the whole process of buying a house, I worked with Jan who was always a delight to speak with and very helpful with any questions and concerns I had.
