I went to see Lucy at L C Physiotherapy & Pilates recently with lower back/hip pain that I had just ignored for far too long. She is brilliant. Friendly, skilled and no fuss. She quickly saw the root cause of my pain and walked me through some simple exercises to correct it, and theyve worked a treat. I wont hesitate to go back if ever needed and would recommend to anyone in a similar situation. Dont leave it like I did, go and sort it out.

After months of intermittent knee pain, our GP recommended physiotherapy for my teenage son. We didnt know what to expect from the appointment that we later booked with LC physiotherapy. Lucy was so helpful and it was fascinating to listen to her thorough examination and assessment of his leg anatomy. She carefully identified the source of the pain and explained how to treat it with manipulation and targeted exercises. Really impressed and definitely recommend.

I was treated by Lucy for pain in the back and upper right leg which was quite disabling. I was surprised and delighted by the substantial improvement she achieved in a short period of time. She has a thorough understanding of the physical functioning of the human body and is therefore able to explain matters well. Her choice of exercises and her advice on them were clearly just right for my condition. I can recommend her without reservation.

Lucy has treated me for a slipped disc and various other musculosketal issues for over 10 years. She has sorted or helped me to manage the various issues. She is so professional and caring. I have also attended her pilates classes for many years which have been a great help.
