I have spent in excess of 300 on Watches Of Wales competitions. I am an avid raffle participant spending 500+ a month with some success. Initially they weren't offering the free entry route as required by law set out by the Gambling Commission. I guess someone reported them as it is now listed on the prizes. However they do not process the free postal entries, I sent three postcards in to match my paid entries (they have to make money and I don't like to take the proverbial) not one was entered although I matched their T&Cs to the letter. I emailed enquiring as to my postal entries. No Reply. So I can no longer patronise them. Illegal and dishonest. I have now reported them to them to the gambling commission. There are plenty of competition sites that stick to the rules. Do yourself a favour and stick to them.

Avoid this company at all costs! They lie about everything, they charge you for issues of their own, they do not try to help customers in anyway. Very arrogant staff! Been an ongoing problem since September 2022. If you want to waste money I suggest you go here!

Buyer beware: company lists wrong pictures of watches for sale. Bought a watch with no flaws on pictures. Arrived with visual dirt on dial and hands. The store simply said that the pictures are not of the exact watch. Had movement issues as I received the watch, asked for a repair under warranty since it hasnt been even a week of ownership, the store arranged pick up by fedex. They never came. They Scheduled another one. Again never came. Afterwards the store stopped all communications. No follow ups or anything.
