Cannot recommend Josh and his team enough. They did a fantastic job, worked efficiently and worked really hard to complete quicker than expected. They were incredibly tidy and continually cleaning up. Every one of the team were polite, no loud music, kept us in the loop and were really considerate at all times which was refreshing to see. Really happy with the work done by Josh and the team to replace flashing and soakers along with capping chimney and replacing a few tiles. Very impressed with the speed at which it was carried out, I confirmed that we wanted to go with them on a Tuesday and they'd completed the work Sunday morning! Kept us in the loop on timings. Removed a damaged TV aerial and installed bird stoppers in the chimneys. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently. The only issue was that the the invoice amount for the aerial removal was 20% higher than the quote as VAT had not been included in the quote . Mr Mackay called round to explain the reasons for this oversight and full payment was made.

A polite company but time wasters....will leave you chasing after a quote for weeks (and not provide one) if they don't want the job. Leaving your leaks ongoing and feeling generally like a fobbed off fool.
