Do not buy from this company, there machines work for less than two months and do not buy their warranty thinking that we cover you they are deceitful and dishonest and take your money upfront then blame you for the insufficient quality of materials and machine. We have bought two machines the first lasting two weeks outside of the warranty and the second lasting a mere two months when we tried to contact someone to book an engineers visit you can only contact them online which suggests they are not a reputable company and do not wish to deal with any sort of complaint as you can not speak to anyone. The whole system is confusing and took us over a month to actually book a visit due to their online system not working after several online chats they finally sent us a link which did work, then it took them over a week to attend even though the 165 paid upfront was to ensure a visit within 2-3 days. They took our money and blamed limescale as to why the machine had broke failing to answer why their previous machine lasted just over 12 months using the same water supply, same connections and in the same kitchen also during our busiest times which is the summer as we are a destination pub. They basically screwed us out of over a 1000 and charged us a further 165 for the pleasure. You have been warned DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SUPPLIER!!!!!

Amazing! We were desperate for a spare part for our dishwasher and we couldn't find it anywhere. Andy was so helpful and made it possible for us to get the part we needed earlier than expected. 2 days of business saved! The live chat service was also very convenient while we were busy serving customers! What a great business and amazing customer service! Very grateful! Highly recommended.
