Her diligence and tenacity during the sale process smoothed what could have been a disastrous falling chain into an easy sale from our point of view. A massive credit to Matthews.

I have nothing but good things to say about Matthews estate agents , especially Deborah who we dealt with throughout. From the free valuation we were given to the very efficient and professional process of putting it on the market and sale , we have felt extremely well looked after. Deborahs obvious experience in the field made for a quick and well negotiated sale and when things started to falter because of the other side of the chain ( a different estates agent) she intervened with our blessing and essentially kept the whole chain afloat. The personal approach was very much appreciated with regular and out of hours contact as well as advice and support . Having dealt with other estate agents and having had a poor experience the fees are certainly worth it with Deborah and Matthews. Even after the completion of sale there has been ongoing support. I would highly recommend Matthews and we are very grateful that we went with them.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Matthews and Deborah as our estate agent during the sale of our home, and we cannot say enough positive things about her and the company. From the very beginning, Deborah was an excellent communicator and kept us informed throughout the entire process. She worked tirelessly to market our home and was always available to answer any questions we had. Due to issues in the chain, the sale of our home was a very stressful one. However, Deborah went way above and beyond all expectations to ensure that everything was handled as smoothly and efficiently as they could. I am absolutely certain the sale would not have happened had it not been for Deborahs incredible work. Thank you so much! But perhaps what sets Deborah apart from other estate agents is her genuine care and concern for her clients. She truly wants them to have a successful and stress-free sale, and she did everything in her power to make that happen for us. In short, Deborah is an incredible estate agent who provided top-notch service and exceeded all of our expectations. We would highly recommend Matthews Estate agents and Deborah in particular as she was who we dealt with. We had an extremely quick start to our journey of sellling and buying through Deborah which then went on to be a very long journey which I can only describe as a rollercoaster. Deborah ended up being in our lives for over a year and took an interest in us as a couple not just as customers in the property chain. She kept us updated all the way and provided support and advice, she would contact us with updates or reply to queries whenever they arose even when that wasn't during normal 9-5hrs. We initially felt that the fees were more expensive than others but went with Matthews anyway as Deborah promised an above and beyond service. She most definitely provided this and we would recommend paying that little bit extra as I have no doubt that had we gone with other agents we would not have had the service we got from Deborah and our sale and purchase would have fallen through. Thank you!

Couldnt recommend any higher! fantastic service from start to finish! Deborah did an amazing job at keeping the process smooth and organised even when things got complicated within our chain she kept everyone updated and made sure things were getting done. A real high quality service with amazing transparent communication throughout!
