Absolutely shocking at the attitude of the receptionist, will be putting in a complaint , they quick enough to moan about the patients.

Lovely new building attached with the hub and onsite cafe. Competent doctors, receptionists very helpful and welcoming. Dr. R. Morris has been looking after me and my daughter and I can't thank him enough for everything he has done for us as our doctor. Very much appreciated Best of luck Llan healthcare

Thank you to the doctor who came out late last night, this doctor didn't have too, but not only did he come out he actually cared and explained on how to operate machinery safely and wisely thank you Dcr Shar for your time and patience

Used to be one of the best GPs with the nicest receptionists in Cardiff. For the past four years it has been a joke. Rude is an understatement for the receptionists of late. Make you feel like a proper inconvenience when you ring. Appts are a thing if the past, as are referrals. Chased up an appt after a year to find no referral had been made not just once but twice, scripts sent to the wrong place, threatening letters due to failed appts despite turning up for the appt and being told you dont have one. Hanging up after ringing due to a bad reaction to covid jab and being told, its nothing to do with us. Being told by GP to return in 2 weeks only to be told by receptionist the GP must be mistaken when trying to make return apt. Appt made several times to see the wrong person. It goes on and on and on. Currently sat waiting for a call back, been waiting 7 hrs. I guess the fact that the first thing you see when you look up this surgery is botox says it all!
