Had a very rare (and pretty bad) ankle break with ligament reconstruction after a football accident. Dan was brilliant and Im now back to playing fully playing after 6 months of intense recovery.

I cannot recommend Health & sports physiotherapy more highly, Carys in particular. I've had a history of back problems for the past 5 years and at the start of August this culminated in a back injury that lead to me being almost literally unable to walk due to crippling pain in my left leg. I was able to get appointments with Carys and the difference in a short time is astonishing. She gave me a diagnosis, treatment and plan to work with. The results have been dramatic! My back feels more stable than ever, and for the first time ever I can touch my toes. You have to be willing to put the work in, but if my experience is anything to go by, this is the place to go.

What a fantastic result I have had Persistent Concussion Syndrome for the last 4 months Alyson has used Accupuncture on my head and the result has changed my life for the better the debilitating headaches have reduced getting back to normal slowly hopefully to play GOLF by mid March Thank you so much ALYSON xx

Ive had a fantastic experience with Dan recovering a shoulder injury. Very accommodating working around my schedule and the equipment they offer is top of the range. Highly recommend.
