It was easy to talk to Neil and discuss what I was wanting to do with the rings I had inherited. Neil did a brilliant bespoke design making 3 rings into one - now a dazzling ring. The other rings needed repairs and resizing but Neil also suggested some changes to one ring so it could be worn as a pair with another. Everything now looks sparkling new and I have a selection of lovely rings to wear. Neil gives his time to you and delivers a beautiful product.

I had both my engagment and wedding ring resized by Neil. Amazing friendly service, great pricing. The rings both look perfect, you would never know they had been amended. Highly recommended.

True craftsman. After having my wedding ring for 15 years I needed it resizing slightly as it had become too tight over the knuckle. I initially went to another well known Cardiff jewellers for the work (who I won't name and shame), who very carelessly sized me for the adjustment - changing the size by two whole numbers bigger. When I received the ring back, whilst the work itself was ok, it was too loose and kept sliding off, which was obviously very disappointing as this is a cherished piece of jewellery. I'm not one to complain though, and didn't trust them to fix it anyway, so I looked for someone better. I contacted Neil Rayment Goldsmiths and spoke to Neil about it, and immediately felt reassured he knew exactly what he was doing. When I collected my ring, Neil had worked some magic and it had been expertly resized properly, and was a perfect fit. Chatting to Neil it was clear he has a wealth of experience in the field and is a true craftsman. Professional and courteous service throughout, and the work was swift and also very good value. Fantastic service from Neil, and an absolutely perfect engagement ring! Neil has helped me create over several months a custom designed engagement ring, which he has executed flawlessly. Right from the start, Neil talked me through the design process, listened to my ideas, and helped me figure out and realise what I was looking for in an engagement ring. The process was transparent and easy throughout, and Neil was always happy to answer questions or explain aspects of the design and production processes. He presented a great range of stones, with full background information on each of them, and was able to deliver the ring right on time even during postal strikes and unforeseen delays in assaying. Both my fiance and I couldn't be happier with the result - thank you so much, Neil!
