My wife bought me a beautiful Welsh ring for my birthday. It is really unusual and features the Welsh feathers. Staff were really kind and professional without pressure. Highly recommended

The shop is beautiful and previously we had great experiences within the store, however our visit recently was not the same. The female staff member who we asked for help seemed uninterested and was quite abrupt with us, which made us feel uncomfortable. This was a shame since we were interested in purchasing some jewellery, but the customer service put us off.
