Despite their website claiming they have vehicle availability this is actually inaccurate. I would recommend calling the specific branch before making a booking. Otherwise you may turn up to find you don't have a car. Basic prices offered for rentals come with an enormous excess. And regardless of any damage (even if just a scratch) they will charge the full excess of 1500. Happy with vehicle eventually provided and quick hassle free returns process.

Enterprise had by far the lowest rates when we started looking to rent a car for vacation. This location is very convenient from most of Cardiff, and is a 5 minute walk from the train station. Jessica was very helpful and nice when we picked our car up, getting us squared away. The Renault we rented was in good condition and gave us no issues for several days driving around south and mid Wales. The return process was equally painless taking maybe 10 minutes to complete. If we're back in Cardiff and need a rental car, you can bet I'll be using this Enterprise branch again.

Very poor and unprofessional service at enterprise Penarth road cardiff. Not happy at all with enterprise as they charged me for a simple unrecognisable tyre damage that I did not do. They dont have any proof as the vehicle was received at night. I know I did not do it and I heavily contested this with Jack who Was very rude and aggressive, felt he wanted to fight me. Eventually Jack returned after speaking to his supervisor after once again inspecting the vehicle and advised me that I wont be charged and he is sorry for the miss understanding. Today I see they have charged me for the tyre damage without my consent. Extremely upset and I Will Never use them again, I would advice to keep away from them at all costs. If you have no choice, please take their insurance cover because one way or the other they will find a fault and make you pay for it.
