The actual course was very informative and I really enjoyed it. However, the experience afterwards has completely ruined it! On the day, we ran out of time and the tutor said she would solder the earrings I made and then post them at a later date. I also left my scarf there by accident so I paid some more money by Paypal for her to include that with the earrings as agreed with her. Nothing was ever received (course took place in October 19). I have tried emailing several times since and received no response. So I didn't receive the full amount of silver I paid for and she's kept the money I sent for postage without explanation.

This service is absolutely shocking. My sister's best friend paid over 80 for a necklace for my sister's birthday. The first necklace that was shoved through my sister's letter box by the business owner (even though they had paid for special delivery) was horrendous. It was scratched and illegible with one of the names placed so poorly that half of it wasn't even on the necklace. Naturally, my sister messaged the owner to say that this was unacceptable and to please make a new one. The owner agreed to this on the 10th of January. She promised the new necklace to my sister within the week after giving her the shoddy excuse of her house being renovated and yet my sister has heard nothing since. My sister has been more than patient and understanding, but has had nothing but a negative experience. My recommendation to anyone would be to never use this service. Something so personal to my sister has been absolutely butchered with nono apology or urgency to resolve it. Disgusting.
