Cardiff Bay Surgery

Reception is appalling. I was bleeding heavy and worried I was losing my baby and she made it clear she thought I was wasting their time. Very rude and sarcastic. She was so busy being condescending and obnoxious I had to repeat most the information more than once. Doctor, however, rang me back immediately and booked me at the hospital. I wish hed been more friendly given the situation but really dont know if that was reflective of how the receptionist had done everything to wind me up on the phone. She is just as bad in person as on the phone. I lost my baby and will never darken their doorstep again

I am fed up of receptionists playing doctors, Im on heart medication and every time I have to fight between the chemist and receptionists where my prescription is, when my medication is due. Obviously communication was not a practice in health care.

Horrible service from the receptions and have left me in ongoing pain with sub standard drugs for over 2 weeks, I cant wait to switch surgerys when Butetown takes on again, ridiculous practice.

The receptionists at this branch really need some lessons in customer care and service. Expecially two ladies who I believe have been there for the longest. I understand they are overworked and very busy but some level of consideration should be taken when speaking to people with limited language abilities or who suffer from anxiety. Overall, very patronising, dismissive and rude. Everytime I need something I actually dread having to call up as the phone calls can be so abrasive and unhelpful.
