Spoke to solicitor M about a very sensitive and time pressing situation. Gave over sensitive information pertaining to the services we required and solicitor M has not come back with any information or action after months. Very disappointing as time has now gone by where we could be moving forward with another willing firm, whilst Pure Law do nothing under the guise and promise of action. An obvious conclusion would be that I would certainly not recommend Pure Law.
