Dreams Cardiff - Penarth Road

After visiting their shop on two separate occasions in one week, I felt like they hadn't listened to what I was saying. I explained that I'm a "Combination Sleeper" on every visit at least 3x & that I haven't had a good night's sleep in over two years whilst using different miracoil &/or memory foam mattresses (lockdown didn't help) Told them I'd tried Emma & Simba, both were a terrible experience!! Said I don't want any of these modern beds with microcoils or memory foam. I wanted a traditional spring mattress. I was asked to jump on the dreaded 'bed tester machine' so it could calculate the perfect type of mattress for me. What a load of codswallop! This machine isnt programmed to include combination sleepers. It probably works well with most customers, but it's not a good choice for us. Make your own mind up. This is my experience - don't be fooled by that mattress choosing machine - it's the only one in the world for a good reason...

Excellent. After not going out for two years was nervous but needed s new bed. Andy the salesman was superb with social distancing mask wearing everything. Really wonderful service .felt safe and excellent beds and mattresses. Very happy.
